With a 6 star energy rating our modular homes can be built in half the time of your normal brick construction, with no compromise to style, structure and finishings.
We can design and construct your new home or renovation to your liking and manage the whole process from inception to completion. Our designers and project managers will be in contact with you directly from the very beginning to the very end giving you a personal relationship with our company. Intelligent Building Solutions are a Chartered & Registered Building Company who are extremely proud to be the only Chartered Building Company here in Western Australia, by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). This means we have a professional way of working ensuring the quality of the service we provide is of the highest standard. Our team goes through continued professional development to enable us to keep our membership in the CIOB.
Intelligent Building Solutions are also keen members of the Master Builders Association (MBA) & Housing Industry Association (HIA) and fully support their policies and procedures. Being members of these professional associations requires us to carry out our operations to a recognisable industry standard, giving you the confidence your project is being done in the most professional way.
Intelligent Building Solutions are approved builders with Building Ethics Australia (BEA) and they are also our provider of Home Warranty Indemnity Insurance. Building Ethics Australia inspects our work and provides quality certificates before you need to provide your progress payments. Being a member of the BEA has removed the uncertainty of selecting a reputable builder who is both ethical and professional. Only competent builders become BEA Accredited Builders, which is your guarantee of a first-class job without all the worry and stress that comes with being in unfamiliar territory.
